Who runs this site

barmartiri.com is the official site of Bar Martiri, on Rruga e Pishave in Spille, Albania. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the ordering service.

Sunbed orders

You order by choosing products and giving your section, row and umbrella number — they are printed on your umbrella pole. We bring the order there, usually within 10 minutes during opening hours.

You pay on delivery, in person. The site takes no online payments and never asks for card details. No account is created.

An order is a request, not a completed contract: it is formed when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product has run out, if the location you gave cannot be found, or if we are close to closing. You pay nothing in those cases.

Prices and menu

Prices are in Albanian Lek (ALL) and include applicable taxes. The menu and the prices shown on the site are maintained by the bar and can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown on the site when you order. Product photographs are illustrative.

Sunbed and product availability varies by day. Sunbeds are reserved by phone, not through the site.

The chat

The chat puts you in touch with the bar directly. We read messages during opening hours, 06:00–23:00, and reply as soon as we can. It is not an emergency service: for anything urgent call +355 69 611 6063 or the national emergency numbers.

Please don't send sensitive personal data through the chat, and don't use it for abusive, promotional or unlawful content. We may not reply to messages like that.

The text, photographs and graphic elements on this site belong to Bar Martiri unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read them and share links to the site, but not to republish the material commercially without our permission.

Responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Information about opening hours, prices and availability is given in good faith and may change.

While you are with us, looking after your personal belongings remains your responsibility. Nothing on this page limits the rights Albanian consumer law gives you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — almost everything is settled with a conversation.
